Lynda Braunstein-Gilcher
Lynda and Jon have been working with art and crafts in some form or another all of their lives. In 1990 they decided to take a Stained Glass class for a hobby they could share. From the simple plum suncatchers and small geometric panels they made in the class, they progressed into doing small craft shows to support their "hobby". After doing larger shows, they spent four years creating glass gifts for resale to other gift shops. In early 2002, they made the move into a full retail store location to allow sharing their love of glass and polymer creations with others through classes and supplies. Several years and countless classes later they moved to the Loveland Artist Studios on Main building so they could focus more on classes and their art. In addition to working with Stained Glass, Lynda also specializes in the polymer clay medium to create jewelry and other decorative and useful items for your home. Lynda's husband Jon may not have the 'eye' for color selection that Lynda does but if it can be made in glass, he can probably do it. He teaches the evening glass classes ranging from one-evening classes to larger window projects and also fusing. If you've ever wanted to "do stained glass" you've come to the right place! We teach stained glass classes ranging from small one evening class to larger multiple-week suncatcher projects. If you already work with stained glass we have something for you too. We have everything you need for your next project. Click here for more information.
