Todd Price

Todd Price Photo

Todd Price found early inspiration in his studies of American history and his appreciation of the diverse American landscape. Although American history was Todd’s first artistic passion, his landscapes and nostalgic works also express his love of nature and what man has made of it. His nostalgic paintings remind us of the simple things that make life worth living. For his historical works, Todd channels his energy and enthusiasm for history into each painting. The newly released Buckeye Valor Series, along with his other historical pieces, are one way for him to express his sense of gratitude to those individuals who sacrificed their youth and gave their lives for the freedoms we enjoy today. In addition to his landscapes, nostalgic works and paintings of the American Civil War, Todd has produced other historical subjects including an aviation series featuring the famed Tuskegee Airmen of World War II, as well as scenes and historical figures of the Northwest Territory and Ohio River valley frontier.

Todd Price is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and has worked in the graphic arts field since 1979. As a painter, he is entirely self-taught, practicing the craft and studying new techniques to develop his own style. He currently resides in Montgomery, Ohio with his wife and two sons.
